Abstract

In the modern learning environment, co-teaching has become critically important in enhancing ability of learners to grasp concepts taught in class. For a very long time, stakeholders in the learning sector have been struggling to find effective pedagogical methods which would ensure that learners of different capabilities are offered equal learning opportunity. Co-teaching is seen as the solution to this problem. This teaching method is also considered very effective in enhancing communication skills, competence, and confidence of the teachers.
